F E B R U A R Y 2 0 0 7 2007/02/01 GIVE EARTH A BREAK In order to send some message to save the environment, again, there was this chain letter telling us to switch off all of the lights (and basically everything else) from 19:55 to 20:55, and these five minutes will apparently give Earth a break and probably make a difference in the energy consumption, but I think it is a complete waste of time and effort. Imagine if everyone had turned off their lights and then turned them on again. This may cause some electrical surge and create more problems later on, so why create trouble when there aren't any? :P But, why only five minutes? These little fives minutes will still remain negligible in the long run. If these Friends of the Earth wanted to save the planet, they should have at least come up with a better idea. 2007/02/03 EYES DOWN AND AWAY FROM THE TONGUE Je pensais croche peut-être. Il n'y avait sûrement pas d'arrière pensée dans ce que j'ai vu aujourd'hui. :P 2007/02/05 JE SUIS RENDU DÉLINQUANT J'ai encore foxé un cours aujourd'hui pour étudier à la place comme l'autre journée journée aussi, mais je pense que c'est vraiment mieux de même au lieu de perdre mon temps dans un cours. Je ne suis pas normal ces temps-ci: je foxe des cours et je dépense de l'argent! :O J'ai mangé au resto vietnamien Caravelle, j'ai pris le spécial du jour parce que c'était le moins cher. :P C'était bon pareil, mais je n'y retournerai pas pendant un bon bout de temps. :P 2007/02/08 DESSERTS ARE ALWAYS GOOD J'ai mangé un dessert avec quelqu'un de ben sympa. :P 2007/02/10 REALLY HOT CHILLI PEPPER My God, I ate a chili today (with my Tom Yum soup), and it was really hot! I mean, it was so spicy that it made me cry! What will people actually do for Love? Is love really want pushes people to stay together for better and for worst. I mean, I saw some stuff today that was quite amazing.In fact, I must admit that I was touched with what I have seen in the metro. I saw a couple where the guy looks totally normal, but his apparent girlfriend was like having an extra chromosome. Wow, talk about Love! It's either that he is sweet and in love with her, or the guy just can't just get a date and is simply desperate to get laid. Who knows? It's still cute though... Ça a fait ma journée après avoir passé un examen crosseur. :P 2007/02/17 CHINESE NEW YEAR IS COMING Well, a New Year is coming. It is going to be the year of the Pig of Fire. Ça s'annonce une année cochonne et ça va être en chaleur! *oink* ;) Well, I got some grocery done to get ready for the New Year. In the crowded Chinatown, I saw that the usual grocery store was closed because its neighbour was totally burnt to the ground. I think that it wasn't an accident at all. I suspect that that place didn't pay the mob its money, or it just wants to collect some money from the insurance. :P Anyway, I had some steamboat today with my family, which was kind of long to cook. I really don't like steam boats. Sure, the food tastes great if you have the right ingredients and all, but when you are hungry, waiting for the food to cook is just too long. I also hate sharing the soup with other people, especially when everybody started putting all their stuff in the boiling soup. Well, I wish you all a Happy New Year 4705!!! It's a coincidence that this year, I have my spring break this week (Yah, it's so early in the year), so I can welcome the New Year properly this time... 2007/02/23 PEOPLE JUST WANTED TO SEE ME Who wouldn't? 2007/02/26 I WASN'T DREAMING, I REALLY SAW IT! 2007/02/28 NICE VIEW A Caucasian guy, Daniel, came up to me, and what was surprising was that he can fluently speak Japanese (Show-off!); I'm impressed! He brought me to a place where he works, and it's like near the last floor of the PVM. The view was fantastic! B A C K F O W A R D H O M E |
