O C T O B E R 2 0 0 6 2006/10/02 FRIENDLY QUALITY I went to see Ichraq today and helped her out with her math, and even though it has been like many years that we haven't seen each other, we are still able to exchange so easily. I always find that this is a good quality in a good friend. No matter how long time has passed, we can still pick it up from there. Well, Baby, how was being all by yourself like? Did you get visited by the Toothfairy? :D 2006/10/09 GO NUKE THEM, NORTH KOREA!!! It appears that North Korea has tested a nuclear bomb. Many people are complaining now, but what's all the fuss about? There are other countries, which already have nukes, and it is such a double standard. I mean why can the latters have weapons of mass destruction while others can't? They are just childish bullies, that's why! Such hypocrites! 2006/10/12 "STATUS QUO" And, they left. Yesterday, I felt something disturbing but warm in the air, that something is not going right at all. Something was wrong, and I could feel it. Unfortunately, I was right. I wonder why I came across a couple of saw priests in their cassock walking around the city. Weird... Yah, Koko will die one day... 2006/10/13 FRIDAY 13 LUCK Is Friday 13 always an unlucky day? Well, you be the judge: - I forgot to bring my bottle, and my throat was so dry! - I wasn't able to complete my Sudoku (not that I suck or anything :P). - I didn't study, and my classes were so long and boring! - I attended a tutorial with my VM, and I think that the TA hates me.* - I couldn't hang around with my Maisonneuvian group. - I hurt my tibia when the metro did a very harsh break. + On the upside, I had met Stéphanie there. - It was so dark when I walked home. :( - Someone rang the doorbell, probably it was that fat girl and her dog (pléonasme? XP). I guess so that it could have been worse, as always. * Well, even though I don't know her, I had decided to hate her! XP 2006/10/14 FREE STM
2006/10/17 FOR ALL... ... Places I had this huge pimple on my lips! People are like starring at me (well, most likely at it), and I was all like, "What? Haven't you ever seen herpes before?" :P Of course, herpes doesn't look like that, but some people... :P ... Day I had to take the metro at 11:00 (met some friends on the way), and the metro got stuck (Code 900 station 136) until 11:45 AM, so I took the 78 to go downtown, and I was late for school. Je deviens délinquant! :P I met some guy I met last year on my brother's birthday, who insisted to "catch up", so I was a bit late for my appointment. My glasses also broke in my VM's office. What luck! *sigh* 2006/10/18 FREE THINGS I was so Chinese today! Since this morning, there were some people around the city handing out a free soup, V8 and a coupon in exchange of a donation. I was all happy to see what was given for "free" was quite generous. I collected 13 gift bags, which was too much for my knapsack on my back (Valderi, valdera... :P), and it cannot support all of it, so I ended up giving two of them to Élisa and another one to a begger. Come to think of it, I wonder how the begger could eat it, he needs a microwave to do it. I guess that he would do fine - after all, there are plenty of microwaves around to use for free. Besides, he can eat it cold because hunger is the best spice. 2006/10/20 OUT OF GOOD WILL At the counter, there was this old lady in front of us who purchased so many things, and she had some trouble putting it all together. We helped her, and it turned out that she came from Lancaster, Ontario. Now, that's quite a long trip to do some grocery, don't you think? She was like buying these stuff for some people back there, and it may seem that it's cheaper here, but it's certainly not worth the trip. I have to say that that was really generous of her (if her story was to be true), and what a kind soul she has to do such a thing. Such people are so hard to find these days... 2006/10/21 AHHH! I never felt so clean! It's been like a week that I haven't showered. :$:P 2006/10/23 I ATE OUT I bought myself some lunch (*gasp* Yah, I know...) and ordered some Shanghai noodles at Chee Chan, some restaurant in the Eaton Center's food court. It costs like 6,99 (7.98$ with tax!). I think that I got cheated. I will definitely not go there anymore, and the food there had nothing special to boast about either. 2006/10/25 OUAIS, TU TE GÂTES, JU JING I bought myself lunch again (*gasp* Hey, I like to eat out sometimes...), and this time, I ate, at Pizza dorée, two slices of pizza, and it came with a drink. All of this for only 4$ (3,51$ plus tax). It was reasonnably satisfying but not really filling! :P 2006/10/27 NICE TRY, LADY A girl fainted out of no where in the metro. I thought that she was going to lean on the pole, but apparently, she had really lost it, so I let her sit of my seat. Why make such an elaborate plan just to sit down? :P I'm just joking. I really hope that she is doing all right. And what a feat! I climb Mount Royal today! :P 2006/10/30 WHY SO ROUGH? Got a call from my father at 5:00 AM, which woke me up, and I couldn't get back to sleep after that, so it made me grumpy all day. 2006/10/31 I WANT SOME CANDY There was a lot of people in the park today, and I mean a lot, and I was also there. I met André on the way and walked with him until this guy scared him away (Wait a minute, hey, he ditched me!). He told me that he was too small for me and that I should go walk with him instead, but I was all like, "Who the hell are you?" Anyway, he came and left; he is such a weird guy... I went marketing in the rain again. I don't know why, but for this month, the weather always seemed to be bad each time we had to go out to get some food. From strong gusty winds to heavy rainfall, we had been through it all. *whistle backwards* :P B A C K F O W A R D H O M E |
