ME DÉFOULER...

On Groundhog's Day
The groundhog came out today, so there will be an early spring this year.  It's no big surprise, it's so warm outside, which is most likely due to global warming. :P

Oh yah, I finally had enough courage to tackle a Sudoku problem, and I thought that it was going to be hard... :P And, this has nothing to do with the fact that I am Asian. :P

Carlos, ch'te parle pu! :P

Ah oui, j'ai aussi vu Monsieur Kiss-Caresse! :P

"No Trouble, Born Trouble"
I think that I should stop doing some volunteer work now and take a break from it.  Sure, it is a good thing to do, but in my case, well, yah...

I find that each time I'm doing something like this, I always end up getting something "unfair" in return, you know?  I don't know why...

Take today for example: I did some coaching.  The Track & Field went well, but the Indoor Hockey was just a little different.  I don't know what was wrong with my athletes, but I am still wondering why they were harpooning me today.

A guy hit my mouth with his stick, and my gums started to bleed.  I bit my lips too during the impact, so there was a lot of blood, which I had to swallow it all down because I couldn't really spit it out.  Luckily, it wasn't very serious; it could have been worst.

My left calf still hurts, and my lips are swollen...  I think that I will have big kissable lips tomorrow... :P

"SCHOOL SUCKS"

I know Baby, but what can I do?

My parents refused to go to my sister's school today to meet her teacher, but the principal insisted that they should.  I find it stupid that the school gave my parents the option to go or not, and they chose not to go, but now, they are like forced to go.

I just wonder why this option was presented to them in the first place when they had absolutely no choice to choose what really suits them, you know?  Anyway, they still didn't go at the end, so it was I who ended up going there...

I am kind of getting more and more fed up with all of my sister's school's "intentions".  I know that they mean well, but they are just getting meaningless...

I have spoken to many of their so-called "specialists", and I find that they should never judge a book by its cover.  When I'm talking to them, they always have this way of explaining things to me as if I am stupid, but obviously, I'm not that slow!

Example:
JU JING: ...

Oh my God!  Really?  I didn't even know that!

Anyway, I ended up having a lot of conversations filled with useless comments and remarks with them, and it's always the same thing each time I meet up with these unprofessional "specialists"...

However, I'm too kind.  I should have said a bitchy remark after each irritating thing they have said to me just to shut them up and to put them in their place.

Example:
JU JING: Pis toi, va te faire foutre!  Ça, c'est quand [Now, I begin talking slowing.] tu mets un dildo dans ton gros cul!

I don't really care about what they think about me (and about my sister), but they are in for a big surprise.  I believe in my sister, and I can see myself in her.  She will be alright, and I have no doubts about it.

Anyway, my first midterm is in five days.  I got to study now...

TORINO 2006

Torino 2006

The XXth Olympic Winter Games start today.  Hmmm, I thought that I got some more things to say about it, but I guess not... :P

SAINT-VALENTINE'S DAY

Joyeuse Saint-Valentin tout le monde!

Despite today's lovely atmosphere, I wasn't really able to get myself into some sort of a romantic mood.  I had a midterm today, my first one of the year, and it went well, but I wasn't able to complete one number properly.  Argh-orsh...  Anyway, it was so romantic outside with all of the snowflakes floating around as if we were like in a snowglobe. *sigh*

My sister got into some trouble at her school today mainly because she tore an envelope.  A bit silly, isn't it?  I mean, how do we open an envelope without tearing it?  She just tore it open to get what was inside of it, and what was in it was still intact.  Now, she has to draw a picture to say sorry to some girl in her class.  I just don't get it...

My brothers and I were tempted to give an envelope to the one who scolded our sister, with a message inside telling that person that she have just torn an envelope and that she should draw us a picture to apologize.  Hopefully, that should prick the bubble and knock some common sense in her head.

Unfortunately, with people like that, we cannot do such a thing as it will be our sister who will be the one who will get into much more trouble with them at the end, you know?  And, I don't trust them at all.

Anyway, I did not receive any valentines today, but I did content myself with some other things, which people have done for me.  I pay close attention to their kind gestures, and it is just like, "Awww..." :)

Highlights of the Day : Mon BDR & mon VM.  C'était trop chou! :)

Hmmm...  My lips are all better now.  Yay!  I can now smile and laugh without any pain.

MA SEMAINE DE RELÂCHE

Spring Break, Shmring Break
I thought that I will get a week off to do something else besides studying, but no.  It turns out that I have a couple of midterms after my break, so there is not a lot of time to rest. *sigh*

But, up to now, I didn't do anything as I had hoped to have accomplished over the week-end.  Time sure flies...

Some Weather
Last Friday, well, talk about wind power.  The winds were like gusting around 110 km/h that day.  I actually had to walk back home, and boy, that wind just blew me away.  My weight alone wasn't enough for me to stand still, but it was fun...

I also like the sound of the winds passing through the woods.  It's like a huge wave brushing against the shore.  I wonder if Mother Nature uses the same sound for the "violent" movement of Air and Water.

Now, the temperature has dropped, and I'm freezing.  I'm so happy that I don't have to attend class this week.  Ahhh, my warm bed...

Small Update
I made a few changes, and I hope to have some time to work on some graphics...

UNE BELLE SOIRÉE

Defrosting, "Unrusting" & Another Word Ending With -ING

Worst pun ever! :P
QUESTION: How do Hokkien prawns laugh?
ANSWER: Hae hae hae...

Nota Bene : In hokkein, we say "hae", pronounced like "hey", to say "prawn"...

There is also another one with fish and "hu", but I think it is more "he" than "hu", and it would work much better.  Anyway...  Ayoye...  Bargh!!! :P

Anyway, it's time for my brain to act like a sponge now, making it able to absorb many "useless" information that will be soon forgotten...  I just hope it's not rusted. :P

THANK YOU TORINO!

Neve & Gliz Today marks the end of the XXth Olympic Winter Games.  It was a great event, but like all things in life, it had its ups and downs, but let's begin with something cute.

Meet Neve & Gliz
Neve and Gliz are the Official Torino 2006 Mascots.  Neve is a snowball, and Gliz is an ice cube.  Together, they reprensent all of the good values of the Games.  I just hope that they won't melt. :P

Coup de coeur: Shizuka Arakawa!!! :D
I'm so glad to see her win Gold.   I think that she really deserved it.  She gracefully skated to "Nessun Dorma" from Vanessa Mae's Violin Fantasy On Puccini's 'Turandot' in her free program, and her performance was flawless and very touching, exhibiting sheer beauty and elegance!  J'suis ému!

She said that her hope is to skate a routine that people would want to see over and over again, and I think that she has done it.  It was really something magical.

Shizuka says, “Without achieving something you want, you cannot quit.”

Coup au coeur: Men's Ice Hockey!!! :@
Shame on Team Canada!  J'suis déçu!

I also would have liked to see Finland win.  I think that they really worked hard and played well to get to that stage, and it's a pity that they didn't win at the end.

De BG?  Hmmm...
Okay, okay, okay.  Je n'ai pas de goûts lah... :P

I can't wait for the next Olympic Games: Beijing 2008!
