SEASON'S GREETINGS
Happy Holidays & Happy New Year!
A belated
Merry Christmas and a
Happy New Year to you all!
I woke up with this one-sided sore throat on
Christmas Day, and I then had a fever. I tried to stay festive and to get into the
Christmas spirit, but all I wanted is to be in bed. Santa Claus gave me these flu symptoms, so I was apparently not a very good boy this year after all. :P
While I attempted to sleep all night long, it felt that I was being punished for being bad. I had many episodes of sweating, which finally made me succumb to my mother's advice and take a couple of Panadol.
I somewhat slept and had some weird dreams too. The most notable involved a police officer in disguise behind a yellow t-shirt. Anyway, I nursed myself back to health, by drinking my mother's potions, throughout the week, and I was able to attend Alanna's party on the 30th. Now, exactly one week later, I am well! :D
Oddly enough, I did not feel excited for the
Holidays. Perhaps I am getting a bit too old to be in the mood, but its music will be missed the most. However, I still cannot believe that it is already the beginning of a
New Year, and I am sure that Time itself is ticking faster.
As for my resolutions, I will [try to]...
...be nicer to people and stand up to whatever I deem wrong;
...work harder and try not to procrastinate too much;
...improve some of my linguistic skills and learn something new. :P
Let us see how it goes for now. If I had a bad start, well, there would always be a second chance at
Chinese New Year. :P
Once again, I wish you all
Happy Holidays, and let us hope that this will not be the last time with all of the hype surrounding
2012 although I secretly wish that it will be somewhat eventful. :P Cheerio! :)

UPDATES COMING SOON
By "soon," I actually mean, "whenever I
feel like doing it." :P
I know that I am a bit neglecting this hobby for some time now, but I cannot seem to manage my time properly. I know that I should work on it better, but I have my priorities right now, i.e. to finish my summer project before the end of this month.
Nevertheless, I uploaded a few things, which I had been working on for the past couple of weeks. I stumbled upon a
script, which will require readers to log in to have access to my previous posts, but I had problems implementing it because of my limited knowledge of PHP. Thanks to a friend, I finally got it to work now, so here it is... (Go find it! :P)
I feel that for my professional future's sake, I need to be careful and protect what is private: given that I have so much ahead of me, I need to be reasonable about it, so I hope that this cautious step will prevent me from having trouble from things, which might be taken out of context and be misinterpreted, and I just do not want to have these silly misunderstandings to come haunt me later even though I can always explain myself, etc... (Man, now that was a long sentence! :P)
Anyway, I uploaded my profile and previous posts, and I modified a few things here and there. I will keep on uploading some previous posts over time, so stay tuned for more stories about my little adventures.
